Just show your Scene+ card to earn 1 Scene+ point for every $1 you spend on food, beverages (no alcohol, sorry – we don’t make the rules), gaming and entertainment, less taxes and gratuities. And stay tuned for bonus offers to really bump up your numbers – just remember they can’t be combined with any other offers or promos.
Every 1,000 points gets you $10 off anything from food to game credits to event tickets! Just tell us when you’ve got points to use, and we’ll apply them to your purchase.
Hey, you played hard to earn those points, so we want to make sure they show up on your card! If you notice something’s missing, get in touch with the folks at Guest Services with your name, Scene+ card number, your receipt from The Rec Room, and any bonus offer coupons, and we’ll look into it tout suite.
As per the Terms and Conditions of the Scene+ program, which were agreed to when you signed up: Points for the Scene+ membership card can only be awarded when your Scene+ membership card is presented before the completion of the purchase transaction. We do recommend downloading the Scene+ app on your mobile phone, then you’ll never forget it at home again! If your phone is not supported, you can pull up your last email from Scene+ and show the bar code from the email

* Scene+ members can redeem Scene+ points in multiples of 1,000 points per ten dollar ($10.00) discount off the net purchase price (excluding taxes, alcohol, and gratuity), shown on the receipt at The Rec Room locations, to a maximum of 35,000 Scene+ points ($350.00) per cheque. By way of example only, if your net purchase price is $104.59, you will be able to redeem ten thousand (10,000) Scene+ points, for a $100.00 reduction in your bill.
*Scene+ members can redeem 100 points for $1.00 towards the purchase of admission tickets, applicable taxes, and fees.
